Hi All
Using the Shopify BC integration, there is only one Item Template code as below. How do you map Items/Customers base don their group to a template and create Items/Customers in BC? For example we have different posting groups for different item categories
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
It doesn’t natively support conditional logic to select different templates based on attributes like item category, posting group, or customer group during synchronization.

Since Microsoft has made the Shopify Connector extensible (starting with BC 2023 Wave 1), you can customize it using AL (Application Language) development to map items and customers to specific templates based on their groups.

Hello, Yes I agreed with Nitin,

With the standard Shopify–Business Central integration, there's only one default Item Template used when syncing items from Shopify to BC. However, if you want to map items/customers to different templates based on their group, you’ll need to customize the integration a bit using AL.

    Hi Samantha,

It's just a simple filter with an SQL expression, but you can customize it if you need additional filters or mappings.

    Thanks
    Ramesh
