Does anyone know if it is possible to disable expense reporting for an employee while continuing to allow timecard reporting?

    Hi Chuck,

Are you asking about Business Portal or Dynamics SL?  You can control the access in Dynamics SL by giving access rights to only the Timecard Entry screen.

    Hi Chuck,

The easiest way to prevent employees from having access to Expense report entry would be to make sure not to provide a Vendor ID in Employeee and Resource Maintenance.  They will get an error message if they try to enter an expense report.

Otherwise, you would need to go into SharePoint and take away permissions to the expense report web pages.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks a lot.

I think we are going to go with this option.
