Default Views with TeamUser filter throws error on Outlook

Hi,

I updated my default view for Leads and Opps and changed the filter "Equals Current User" to "Equals Current User or User's Teams" and it throws me an error on outlook when I try to use one of these views.

Error: "There was an error displaying the records in this view."

As soon as I change back the modified filter, it works again.

    It is related to the error on 2011,

    “There was an error displaying the records in this view” error message when you use special filters Incidents.

    but I'm using Outlook 2013

    Hello,

    We have seen a couple of issues with the same error with CRM 2013 configured in Outlook. After investigating on this we understood that its a known issue and the fix for the same is targeted to Update Rollup 2 of CRM 2013

    Workaround : Add this criteria in the view i.e. Owner Equals Current User “OR” Owner Equals Current User’s Teams then the view renders from both Web and Outlook in CRM 2013 without any issues.

    Hello Raul,

    There is no ETA for UR 2 yet. I will update this thread when UR 2 for CRM 2013 is released.

    Hello

    I already installed the UR2.

    However it shows me the same error.

    Is there something else that can be done to make it work?
