I no longer have the email account/user id viarde731@comcast.net. I need to change it to viarde731@mail.net.
My personal email on customer service needs to be changed. I cannot find my profile or someplace to change it.
Is this an azure active directory account? If so alter the license assignment in the office 365 admin centre. Once done go back to BC and pull the users from active directory. Guide: docs.microsoft.com/.../ui-how-users-permissions
