Business central saas updates at night

Hello,

We have a client working with business central saas and he complains that at night, between 2 AM and 4 AM, disconnection errors occur in business central.
Specifically yesterday the error you received was /The intermittent database connectivity issues you observed may be caused by us rebalancing your resources to provide you with a better usage experience. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator/

On other occasions it was the error /An administrator changed one or more extensions in the application, so the page you were working on had to be closed/. No administrator or user had updated any extension.
Minor release updates are configured to run on the weekend.

I suspect that it is Microsoft that makes these updates, but I don't know if this can be configured or how to solve it, since the client complains about these connection interruptions when working at night.

Do you know what may be happening?

    Hi
Have you been able to activate telemetry?, and analyze if there is any operation that impacts the environment at that time.
You could also go to the BC admin and look in operations section to see if any activity has been carried out in that environment at the time of the problem.

    Hello,

From the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center, in the operations section, there is nothing reflected in that time slot.

In the telemetry section, this appears, which is exactly the message that appeared to the client.

I have recently encountered customer complaints that the Job Queue has stopped. The reason shown is system update or scheduled maintenance. . .
But this does not happen every day. If it affects your business, it is recommended to submit an SR to Microsoft. Let them assist in the investigation.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
