How can i check the User Aouthentication Email ?

If you are on Saas you need to go to O365 admin then change the user info there. then go back to BC Users -> Process -> Update Users From Office 365
Hi, this looks like a SaaS version, so you can check the user authentication emails in Microsoft 365 admin center.

i did that but when i try to login i got the below error
In the O365 Admin you need to assign BC license to this user. Have you assigned BC license to this user?
Hi, as MahGah mentioned, you should assign the BC license to users.
From Active users.
