    Hello,

You will want to use the pick worksheet to create your picks. From the pick worksheet you can grab many shipments at a time and perform a batch picking process.

    In summary the steps are:
    1. Create your Transfer Orders
    2. Create your Warehouse Shipments
    3. Open the Pick Worksheet page
    4. Select "Get Warehouse Documents"
    5. Plan the picks you would like to perform
    6. Create Picks

Make sure your inventory location is setup to have picks enabled. Note that this same process can also be replicated for put-aways but using the put-away worksheet.

If you're referring to exporting all the pick lines to an excel file, you can use configuration packages. In the configuration package add Table 5767 Warehouse Activity Line and filter on Source Document = Outbound Transfer. This will give you all the pick lines in an excel file.

There are a few ways to "export" lines.

    1. Use a configuration package like Valentin mentioned. This is good if you want to export all lines from all warehouse picks but is a bit more advanced.
    2. You can also just print the warehouse pick by selecting Home > Print... from the pick itself
    3. Lastly, open the Pick lines in excel with the open in excel function:

If you're still unsure about the best way to manage that process it's usually best to work with your partner to determine an approach to managing your pick processes.

Configuration Worksheet you can use to export the data directly from the table.
If you wish to complete the operation for multiple document then use Pick Worksheet.

    Hello,

Just go to Warehouse Picks (or Warehouse Activity Lines), filter Source Document = Transfer Order, then use Edit in Excel to export all pick lines at once; this pulls every created pick line for transfer orders in one file. If you need automation, expose Warehouse Activity Line via OData/API and apply the same filter to retrieve all lines programmatically.

    Hi,

After following the steps to create picks, you can print them all using Picking list report.

You can run it from Pick document or Report layout. Make sure you apply following filter and remove other filter to print all the picks generated from Transfer order.

✅ Tick the checkbox below to mark the answer as verified, if it helped resolve your question.

    Regards,
    Dhiren.
