Hi,

Can you please suggest how to resolve the below issue, as Quantity is showing as 1020 in the Inventory column page and in Factbox (Lot No. by Item) if we total the quantity it is 85.0385 showing.

Can you please guide how to resolve this to have the correct quantity in Factbox (Lot No. by Item)

Hi

If you drill down to the inventory field and analyze the detail, did you find the difference?
You could also analyze the inventory in several ways,

the fact box may not showing the full picture, drill into the on hand inventory, you will be able to see how it adds up.

Lot No. by Item is as custom factbox, perhaps there is a problem with how it was created?

The other thing that it can be - do you have advanced warehousing enabled? There could be a mismatch between the item card and advanced warehousing quantities. In that case post your warehouse entries to the item.
