Error when Opening Integration Manager Integration for 1 user

When we try and open an Integration we get the following error: "the destination specified by this integration uses and adapter that is not installed. The destination will be removed from this integration. Please contact your system administrator to remedy this problem.

Moniker is:

Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.IMGPPrv

Version = 14.0.0.0

Culture = Neutral

Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.IMGPPRv.DynProvider

Financial

3"

We have multiple users accesses a shared Integration Manager dictionary. The error only exists for 1 user and if another user accesses the integration first we don't see the issue.

    This sounds like the the user with the issue has a different install than the other users...I would reinstall IM and make sure that (all?) the adapters are selected when installed...

    We are receiving the same exact error message.  Just like sjordan only one person is receiving the error and she does not receive it if someone opens the integration first.  We don't install IM locally.  Everyone accesses remotely from one of two Terminal Servers and everyone points the same shared database file.

    Do the users have the same security access to every file and folder directory along each path?  Do they have the same access in GP?

    I faced same issue and tried to open Integration Manager as Administrator.

    The mentioned issue didn't occur again.

    Scott, when you find that running the application as User A works when running same application code as User B does not - that points very often to permissions or security settings.

    Check the security settings on the Folder for IM code, IM Data, the Terminal Server where the ICON launches from - somewhere along the way there will be a difference for the two users.

    When you find that difference, correct it and the problem should be solved.
