Missing account analysis - The credentials entered for one or more companies were not valid

Hello, good morning everyone!

I'm trying to execute the missing account analysis tool, and some credentials are asked: For data mart companies, windows credentials are valid, but when it's about legacy companies, GP credentials are asked and it only works with the 'sa' user and password.

If I try to enter windows credentials or other GP user's credentials (different from sa), the following alert shows up:

'Credentials entered for one or more companies were not valid'.

If I delete all the credentials, and try to execute the tool, this alert shows up:

The excepcion report can't be updated because credetials weren't provided for one or more companies.

Could anyone help me, please?

Thank you in advanced!

Regards!

This is telling to me for the first part.  We had that because our GP is installed on a different domain than our server - so the legacy provider is default setup with a SQL connection that doesn't match GP's.  You would need to go into the MR database and manually update the SQL connection string for each company

Also, is your default company at the time you run the exception report one of the legacy companies?  I've run into errors in MR 2012 CU14 where that was a solution (think that was related to currency issues even though we're not using multicurrency).

Also, check the service logs in the MR Config Console  about the error, they may give you more information.
