Hi

Im trying to get Readsoft online integrated with BC 365 W1

The issue i am having is that the system receives processed invoices to the incoming documents queue without error.

However, when i open them the relevant fields are blank.

I have set up and tried the latest trial version of B365 and this works perfectly.

What am i missing?

Hello Steve - Are the lines of the document the ones that are missing? For the Readsoft Trial only header records come through. For the full version of Readsoft online would integrate header and lines. Looking at their website you would need either Basic or Premium for Header/Footer capture:

store.readsoftonline.com/.../dynamicsnav

I recall that I had this exact problem a couple of times.

Please make sure to populate the tables "Data Exchange Definition" and "Data Exchange Types" with relevant entries from a CRONUS company or another working company.
