Automated E-Mailing of PDFs

Within Business Central, is it possible to e-mail PDF documents to customers automatically rather than one at a time in a manual fashion?

    You can batch send many documents at once if needed. For example select more than one sales invoice and then you can send it and set the following option for all documents:
     
    If you want to actually automate that so it automatically sends after posting the invoice you would have to look at addons/extensions or using power automate.

    Hi, The simplest method is to automatically send an email to the customer when the SO is posted.
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: Document Sending Profile (Post and Send…? & Post and Print…?)
     
    This can also be achieved through customization.

    Hello,
     
    Yes, you can auto-email PDF documents in Business Central.
    Set up a Document Sending Profile (Email = PDF, Send Automatically = Yes) and assign it to customers.
    When posting (e.g., invoices), BC emails the PDFs automatically.

    Hello,
     
    Yes, Business Central supports automatic emailing of PDF documents through features like Document Sending Profiles, Email Queue, and Job Queue.
     
    By configuring SMTP or Microsoft 365 email and setting up sending profiles on customer cards, you can define email templates and PDF formats.
     
    Then, using batch actions or scheduled Job Queue entries, documents such as invoices or statements can be sent automatically without manual intervention.
