Where are the Outage and Service Problems Reports for Dynamics CRM Online

Is there a place to find out about service problems and outage for Dynamics CRM Online? It became unusable yesterday afternoon (2-3 minutes to pull up screens and sometimes it would time out) and when I checked the System Notifications section it stated, as it always does, "There are no system messages for your organization." Office 365 has a Service Status available on the portal. Anything like that for Dynamics CRM?
