Anyone using Dynamics CRM for a Staffing company?

I own a small search firm and am considering making the transition away from my current ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and considering MS Dynamics.

Any insight if this solution is currently being used in this capacity and feedback/thoughts would be great.

I'm not a Dynamics CRM expert but have custom built a solution of mine to track candidate profiles and hold resumes. I'm a big fan of Dynamics CRM for recruiters and have built a small blog to give ideas to others and show what can be done.

We are in the process of building a CRM front office solution that works with our current back office offering. We already have a staffing module that works with Dynamics GP and felt a front office would provide the total solution for a staffing company.

We are hoping to have Beta sites up in April/May. Are you attending SI Executive Forum next week in Las Vegas? I will be there to show our solution.

We implemented Dynamics CRM for a staffing company last year. The key function is the ability to search based on criteria captured in the system, getting you to candidates faster, and to the client with appropriate candidates. ROI for our client was less than 60 days. We would be happy to show you the functionality.

Hi MIke,

Yep - I think it is a great fit for a staffing company. We have implemented it with a recruiting / staffing company and in both implementations only out of the box functionality were used -- great fit.

It's not so much of a product than a proof of concept on how Dynamics CRM can be used. The VPC was made available at the recent xRM roadshow so if your Microsoft partner went to it, they should have a copy.
