Help - menu navigation bar disappear

Hi there,

need help please.

we experience:

one of users experience problem, menu navigation (on the left side) disappear / won't load / won't generate.

it's only show:

- home

- all modules

- favorites

already run maintenance database (I select first option,upgrade...), but menu still disappear.

we use SL 2011 SP 1

help please. thanks in advance

    Hi Rodi,

    Have you assigned that userID in to appropriate User group?. If no, then assign that user in to appropriate Group in User Maintenance / Group Maintenance screen.

    hi,

    can I just add specific access right (as example, specific one screen/report), without assign to group? because 1 group may contain some access rights, which the user needn't.

    quite different with previous version :D

    Hi Rodi

    Yes You can. You will define the screens/report based on the UserId instead of group ID.
