MS CRM Outlook records won't open

Hallo,

One of our employees had an issue with her fickering mouse button. 

We created an empty config file on the desktop and named it as "Microsoft.CRM.Application.Outlook.WebFormsHost.exe.config" and imported this file in the folder: Program

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Client\res\web\bin

After this the flickering stopped, however now she is not able to open any records anymore. She double clicks on an account and instead of a window in internet explorer there is nothing happening.

Does somebody have a solution for this problem?
