Facing performance slow while working in GP 10.0 SP4 in all modules on windows server standard edition 2003 and SQL 2005 32 bit

I am not a network or hardware expert, but I would check space on the server, have the network cards checked and also would like to know if it has always been happening? Did it just start? Could be other causes as well. Those are easy places to start.

I have enough space on the server and I have checked the network no problem was found , it just started since 2 days
I would go to the server and check out the Performance Monitor.

You find various tips here on which parameters to check. Sounds like you have a bottleneck on the server.
