Scheduling Appointments in CRM for associates in different time zones

We have 5 offices within the United States.  Is there a way in the Calendar in CRM that an associate in Chicago can make an appointment for a showing in Virginia and have it show up in Eastern Time Zone?  Right now, he can select 5pm from his CRM and it will show up as 6pm in the Calendar of the associate in Virginia.  Other then Chicago adjusting the start time to 6pm so it shows up at 5pm for Virginia, can you adjust time zones?  I have searched around and I believe it can not be done.  Any help or confirmation that it can not be done, would be most appreciated.  Thank you!
