default dimension on a location

Is it possible to setup a default dimension to a warehouse location? We are using a dimension for location so we can easily track this on the financial reports. We will also fill in the warehouse location on sales/purchase orders and would like to assign a default dimension to the warehouse location.

In the last two versions of Business Central you can assign default dimensions to locations.

In Standard there is no such functionality.

    For this do little customization.

There is an app to do this which is only supported for US and Canada versions right now: appsource.microsoft.com/.../PUBID.vetatekllc1585322144917|AID.location-dimension-assignment|PAPPID.f33940dd-68af-4479-a168-791df32fa57a

It is not a table that holds the detail right now. It is something you would need to have developed. Fortunately there are a couple of ways to tackle it. If you are going to tackle yourself I would look at codeunit 408.
