Maybe I dont know how to make the right questions?

This is one place you can get help. A good place, if you are an end user; certainly the most active forum I know of. But everyone answering here is doing so voluntarily, probably in their free time. Some weeks I don't look at all, and some weeks I read every post. And I answer the one's I can. If it's functionality I've never used, or I don't understand the question, I move on.

I did read all the questions you list out. The Shopfloor control one I didn't answer, because I've never used that module.

The Quality Assurance / Master planning question sounded right up my street, but when I read it, it's more about the Asset management module (I think?) and I think you're asking how to block out a resource in the Production module when there is planned maintenance in the Asset management module? Sorry, I've not worked on the Asset management module, but an updated title might help. To me, Quality Assurance in F&O is something else (found in the Inventory module Quality control / Quality management).

The other two, I struggle to understand exactly what you are asking. And I get that most people here probably don't have english as a first language. And depending on work background, it can be difficult for a business user who is describing their processes in their business language to use terminology that F&O people might expect. I will take another look at them later.
