After Granting Subscriptions, User Still Cannot Access Applications

I work for a company that generates software for the automotive industry, and we use Dynamics CRM to manage users and subscriptions on a daily basis. I created a user in Dynamics CRM, and I assigned subscriptions to the user. Once their subscriptions are assigned, the user will have access to our applications. I tried signing in as the user, but the applications are not available. I tried deactivating the user and reactivating them, but it still will not work. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

I believe you will have to assign Security roles inside Dynamics to user.

    Hi partner,

Each app has required security roles to access, which you can select from the app's Manage Roles.

    Please refer to https://carldesouza.com/assigning-users-and-roles-to-a-dynamics-365-app/

Take Sales Hub as an example, open Manage Roles of Sales Hub.

Only three security roles were selected, "Sales, Enterprise app access", "System Administrator" and "System Customizer". That is to say, users with any one of the three security roles can access Sales Hub. Generally, for users who are not administrators, we use the "Sales, Enterprise app access" security role to control the user's accessibility to Sales Hub.

So, please check whether the new user has the security role required by the app.

    Hello,

The user won't have access to Apps until the user has a security role assigned either directly or indirectly as a member of a group team.

Here is link for your reference.
