Are there any alerts that can be set to alert users about upcoming license expiration? Can you help prevent our Dynamics 365 users from having a disruption when their licenses expire? Does our license admin need to set alerts for themselves?
Hi Gordon,
As the admin, you'll receive a series of notifications via email and in the admin center prompting you to update the license as your subscription nears its expiration date.
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, global admins and billing admins (if configured) will receive a welcome email 60 days, 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the subscription expiration date. You can change the registered email for global admins or the admin can help to set alerts for users about upcoming license expiration.
What are my options if my subscription is about to expire?

Hope this helps.
You say if configured, could you elaborate how we can configure this to have notifications?
