Hi All,

I am trying to develop reports in Dynamics 365, there is no problem to use out of the box reporting option if there are small reports

What are the different reporting options we have if there are any complex reports

    Hi Narendra,

    after you followed Pallavis steps and your reporting started successful,

    you can maybe have a look a the XRMToolBox (https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/) and the plugins FetchXML Builder and FetchXML Tester. 
    These are very useful tools to create and/or test complex FetchXML queries, you cannot build with the "Advanced search" of CRM.

    Hello Narendra,

    For complex reports, we can make custom Reports. We can develop custom reports in SQL Server Data Tool.

    Two types of query accepted in Dynamics 365 Reports

    1) SQL Query (Not for Online )

    2) Fetch Query
