Hi all , 

Since CRM is entirely based on c# , javaScript and .net . I would like to know whether  we can use any JAVA code in our Dynamic CRM for customization or plugin purposes  or any ..?

    Hello Ram

    You may consult Tenfold about it. Tenfold offers integrations with more than 150 phone systems and and CRMs. It offers features like click to dial and call pop ups and is really easy to set up. You can check out their integrations at www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics

    They also support MS Dynamics integration

    You can't use Java code inside CRM as it's .NET based. Obviously you can call Java based webservices from CRM or access CRM from Java (if you got latest CRM2016/365 it's much simpler because of WEB API).

    In gerenal, I still believe it's better not to deal with CRM directly from Java code, but instead build proxy .net based webservice and have full power of CRM SDK with you.
