An error message appears in Dynamics 365 Business Central:
"Communication with the server failed, and the content cannot be displayed".
This error message usually appears when the user is not working on the system and requests that the site should be restarted. After restarting the site, it redirects me to the Role Center and removes me from the current work environment.

Check your timeout setting.
Are you using OnPrem or Saas version? there is a setting to configure timeout when it is idle, please refer to this link
