From where Microsoft Dynamic get an update for IP and its Location

In the logs of Microsoft Dynamic we can see the IP and Location from where user got Logged in.

We need to know from where Microsoft Dynamics get this feeds updates?

    In order to answer your question, could you share some additional details:

    - Which logs are you refering to?

    - Are these logs for Online or On-Premise environment?

    If you can add any screenshot that would be helpful as well.
