CAS and CRM number in Case and Draft mails are created

Posted on by 190

Hi!

What is the difference between the CAS and CRM number in the Case, and is it nessecary to have both, is it possible to remove one of them?

I also have an issue in Case, that drafts are created when replying to a customer in CRM. It's empty mails, why is that?

    Hi Ale1,

Here CAS is the case number and CRM:000 is email tracking number generated by CRM. This token is used for email tracking by CRM.

I will suggest you to refer :

The CRM:000XXXXXX is the token generated by CRM and added to the end of email subject so that it can keep track of the email conversations. You can disable this feature from from System Settings and use smart matching if you want.

-- CAS is default prefix for the case auto numbers, not sure what is CRM,may someone changed prefix, you can share some screenshot that it will help to understand.

I also have an issue in Case, that drafts are created when replying to a customer in CRM. It's empty mails, why is that?

    --That the default system design.
