Unified Interface Change Hasn't Happened

We were notified by Microsoft that our environment would change over today January 15th, 2021 to Unified Interface but it hasn't happened.  Has anybody else experienced the same?  Can we still expect this change to occur?

    Hello @Henry,

Unluckily the option of the Manual switch to "Unified Interface Only" is not visible anymore after the due  date.-

You can follow the Status of your environments here: https://runone.powerappsportals.com/my-requests/
Where it says the following options:

If you have not made the move yet you now have two options:

    Option 1: Manual Transition

For complete flexibility on dates and times we recommend you manually transition before the final transition date scheduled for your environment. This will allow enough time to ensure everything is working as expected. Please review this article to see how you can manually transition. You can do this anytime up to the final transition date which is the last point the legacy web client will be available in your environment location.

Option 2: Wait for the Final Transition Date

Customers who have not transitioned prior to December 4, 2020 will be automatically switched to Unified Interface. This change will be applied dependent on your location across a multi week schedule. If you wish to view the final transition date it is published below in the same row as your environment name. The column showing Final Transition Date indicates when we expect this to occur and dates are shown in the MM/DD/YYYY format. For more details please access the FAQ article.

Please note the final transition date cannot be altered but it does allow extra time before the transition is made (depending on your geographic location).

We highly recommend you make the move prior to the final transition date as there will be no opportunity to switch back after this final date has passed. We will be removing the legacy web client so it is critically important that it is prioritized as we do not have the ability to defer the date beyond that period.

    • Does anyone know if there is any other workaround to make the change?

In our organization a statement was made to all employees, it is really frustrating not being able to make the necessary corrections before the visual change occurs in the end users.-

    Hello Arturo,

If your environment is located in the North America region, then transition should happen during dark hours, so most likely Friday night or over the weekend.
You can transition manually by enabling the "Unified Interface Only" mode, as explained here: Enable Unified Interface Only - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs.
