Show Survey Responses for a Survey in Opportunity entity

Hi,

I need to see Survey Responses for a particular survey directly from Opportunity entity. In other words, I want a survey response to be tagged directly with an Opportunity record.

Can we bring Survey Responses to the navigation bar in an Opportunity like below :

I basically need to see all the information in Survey Response from Opportunity entity.

Yes, you can but for this you have to create 1:N relationship between opportunity and survey response entity.

Please make sure opportunity lookup is on survey entity.

When you create 1:N or N:1 relationship then a lookup will auto create. you do not need to create any.

Okay. But, do I need to place it on the form of survey entity?

I created 1:N relationship between opportunity and survey response entity. Survey response entity is being shown on the navigation bar. But, I am not able to see any responses.

Like I answered in Stack Overflow, use a survey lookup in opportunity & use survey quick view form to display Survey responses subgrid.

Arun, I need to send an email when an opportunity is closed. That email will contain the link to the survey. Then, when I get a survey response, I need it to be linked to the opportunity record.

If I use your process, I will be seeing all survey responses (related and unrelated to an opportunity record)

If you are using piped data & survey is not anonymous, attach the oppty lookup in survey while sending email itself in the same workflow.

Then on create of survey response - take the above filled oppty lookup value from survey into survey response as well.

I get your point here.

I will create a workflow where I will populate the opportunity lookup in survey. Then send the email.

Another workflow will created (which will trigger on create of survey response). This workflow will populate the opty lookup from survey record.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Hi,

Create a 1:N Relationship between the Survey Responses and the opportunity entity.

In the survey Reponses, you have to select the opportunity from the lookup.

Then you can get to see the survey responses for a particular opportunity record.
