Client running GP 2010 and Frx 6.7.12.008.
When the user attempts to open an existing Reporting Tree format, they get the error "Reporting tree is locked by USERNAME..." Where USERNAME is the name of the user who is currently logged in and trying to open the format. The user has logged out of FRx and I can recreate the problem logged in as 'as' from the server. This happens ONLY with 2 tree formats, all others open fine.
Base on several posts, I have compacted the database via FRx, which did eliminate the locked message, but now I get this message: "Runtime error 91 object variable or with block variable not set". See screen shot. I've tried some other suggestions and nothing resolved this problem.
Does anyone know how to resolve the Error '91' error?
Thanks in advance.
Jim

I have the same question (0)Worked with MS on this. The trees were corrupt. You can get around this message by compacting database, but that only unlocks the tree, but you'll get the 91 error again. We ended up creating a new test/spec file, exporting the tree format, opening it in the new company files, copy to excel, then create a new tree in live and pasting the contents from excel. MS also suggested restoring the files from backup as an alternative. This was not an option for us.
Please respond if I can be of help to you.
