Copying a Macro Shortcut to Other GP Users

Hello:

Within some VBA programming that I developed, for GP 2013 R2 (12.00.1920), I reference the F10 key for a macro that I placed in GP's Shortcut Bar.

I need for this macro shortcut, therefore, to be accessible to other (but not necessarily all) GP users.

How can I accomplish this?
