Migrate course training schedule from SharePoint to Dynamics 365

Hi , 
 
I have a requirement to migrate some training schedule data getting created in SharePoint to Dynamics 365. SharePoint record has field such as course name, training start date , end date, all day event etc.. please advise which type of entity can hold all such data in Dynamics 365 and if can use power automate to do migration on record create event in SharePoint.

    Hi,
     
    Based on your description, our team recommends you use a custom entity, you can create a custom entity in your environment, add some suitable fields to represent /start time/ etc. fields.

    But you should note that not all formats of data can be imported into Dataverse.
     
    Here are some simple steps to import SharePoint data into Dataverse using Dataflow.
     
    Step1, Link SharePoint using /Dataflow/.

     

    Step2, Select the data you want to import into Dataverse.

    Step3, you can either import the data into an existing Table (note that the fields should be formatted in the same way) or create a new Table, and you must also check for duplicate fields (e.g. id and ID)

    Step4, click Publish, wait for a few moments you can see the data in Dataverse.
