Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory'

Hello all,

 I am getting the Above Error ,while I  try to generate following Command in Command prompt

 

CrmSvcUtil.exe /url:myresourcemoin.api.crm8.dynamics.com/.../Organization.svc /out:GeneratedCode.cs /username:"realusesrname" /password:"realpassword"



I have latest of the XRM Sdk and Visual-studio 2015 Community edition,using Pulg-in registration i am able to login into CRM.

This is Online CRM trail version.

    You can get the Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory.dll from below and then GAC the dll.

    www.nuget.org/.../Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory

    Install  Microsoft.IdentityModel on your PC.

    I have already Installed that package but latest version    Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory.3.13.9

    When you say install - Did you put them in GAC?

    Also can you try to GAC the exact version :

    www.nuget.org/.../2.22.302111727

    Thanks ...prt33k...Installed in My Project where I need the ,I generated the XRM we need following dll  

    1) Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.dll -->  v 2.2.0.0

    2) Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.CrmConnectControl.dll-->  v 2.2.0.0

    3)Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory --> v 2.2.0.0

    All version need to Match ...I did Mistake version Error what , i have  

    Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory--->  v 3.13.9

    Hi,

    1.)Go to windows features

    2.)Look for Windows Identity Foundation 3.5

    3.)Enable it

    Just a guess, if you have already connected to any CRM via SDK, on same PC, then this wont be the issue, but if you recently started working on that machine, then this might be it. Give it a try.
