Hi,

I'm having trouble adding Kanban control to opportunity or activity entities, when I click on either of them I receive the following message /You do not have permission to access these records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator for help/. I'm using Dynamic 365 Sales Professional with the admin user.

thanks.

    Hi,

Is your security role a system administrator?
I as a system administrator can add the kanban view control to the Opportunity entity.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
