Error: "contextUserId=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX has correct privileges but allowImpersonationOfOrganizationSystemUser == false" occurs in SSIS Package when trying to change statecode from 1 (Completed) to 0 (Open) for email entity (D365)

Hi,

I am using SSIS Package to update some fields of email entity (D365). When I try to change the statecode from 1 (Completed) to 0 (Open), I get the error: contextUserId=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX has correct privileges but allowImpersonationOfOrganizationSystemUser == false.

As per docs.microsoft.com/.../deployment-administrators , we have added the user to the PrivUserGroup security group, but still the same error remains.

Please let me know the solution for this issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

    Does it work with other users? Let's try with another user to make sure if the issue is only with this user.

    Secondly, is this exception only raised while updating status? Or the same behavior when you update any data field?

    I am not sure how you are updating Sattsu using SSIS, because normally we have to use SetStateRequest to set the status instead of updating the status column value.
