When to Use the Secure vs Unsecure Configuration for Plugins

Hi ,
This is depends on your requirement -
If you know that the value you are using for plugin can be change environment to environment and the value is secured and nobody can read use secure configuration. If you are using some some fixed value , like keywords which is not secured and the value is same for all environment use unsecure configuration.
