Hi ,
I want to create a 360 degree customer view in online dynamics 365 . Guide me how to get started with it as i am new to CRM

There is no such feature called customer 360 as an out of box feature in crm. What you have to do is customize your account or contact entity form with all the related entities as an subgrid . So one shot you can see all the related, opportunity,quote,contract , billing and your custom entities from the account or contact entity rather going individual entities. This is what ppl call it as customer 360 view.
