Hello everyone,
We've been using the Microsoft Teams Live Event and Town Hall features for quite some time, but we've consistently encountered issues with presenters joining the Live Event.
The error message they receive is: "You don’t have permission to join. Please contact the organizer."
This issue affects two users, both of whom have an E5 license, so licensing shouldn't be the problem. However, I'm unsure if they were added as presenters in advance.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, do you know of a solution?
