Hmm, something went wrong

Hello.
I am starting studies in SCM but when I try to log in to the lab it gives the following message /Hmm, something went wrong/.
I am currently in unit 4
 
 
Is this a regular problem or do I need to do something else? as I said I am new to the learning platform, I hope you can help me.
