How to use workflow to send email with table in the body of the email

Hello guys,

I want to send an email that include tables in the body of the email using workflow. The workflow sends email if i did not add table in the body, but as soon as I add table and activate the workflow, it get stuck at Waiting.

1. Is it possible to send an email with a table in the body of the email using workflow?

2. If possible, how do i do this?

My company is using CRM Dynamics 2011 and I'm still fairly new in the world of CRM Dynamics.

Please help!!

How are you inserting a table in email?

I would suggest you to:

1. open the workflow in Internet Explorer(compatibility mode)

2. create a table in MS word

3. paste the table directly in workflow email template4

4. save and close , activate

Hi wallexx ,

there are three way to insert custom html into email:

1) As Rawish suggested, copy and paste from word

2) Copy and Paste from html page (better if simple html without many styles)

3) Direct inject by Plugin custom code (you could build body from scratch)
