FRx Report Launcher gets an error subscript out of range error 9. The reports can be run using Report Designer with no errors but when the same reports are run using Report Launcher the error occurs.
The same reports can be run using Report Launcher on a local workstation, it is just a Citrix install where this error is occurring. Both computers local installs and Citrix are pointed to the same file locations for sysdata and iodata. They are also running the same versions.
I have looked at the subscript error KB articles but they don't seem like they would apply since the reports can be run on other computers. The regional settings of the computers have been checked and everything else seems to be the same.
Does anyone have any ideas why Report Launcher would give us this error only on the Citrix computer?
