PAYMENT TERMS - end of next x month

in GP2018, version 18.00.0400 (RTM):

how to setup payment terms as below:

a) both due date and terms discount date on last day of next month

eg: trx date 01 to 31/Jan -> 28/Feb

b) both due date and terms discount date on last day of next 2 month

eg: trx date 01 to 31/Jan -> 31/Mar

c) both due date and terms discount date on last day of next 3 month

eg: trx date 01 to 31/Jan -> 30/Apr

I managed to setup (a), but have no luck on (b) and (c).
