unable to setup individual email accounts in BC

Hi,
 
When a user goes into Email Setup and selects the below it just says already setup, but they are not
 
 
 
You can see only my account is setup along with the Shared mailbox.
I have the same question (0)

    You only need to setup the Current User option once, so you are fine. The page in your screenshot will display each user's own personal email. i.e. in your screenshot you see your own email, if another user were to access that page, they would see their own email.
