Word Template not showing XML Mapping

Hi,

I am following the instructions to create a word template: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/using-word-templates-in-dynamics-365.aspx

When I get to section 3, I do not see an XML mapping pane (see screenshot below). I also do not have any schema installed as I would have expected.

Any pointers as to what I am doing wrong would be appreciated.

Hi-

It supports only MS word 2013, 2016. What version of word you have?

Ah I see, we have Word 2010. That'll be why.

You can create templates in word 2013 and 2016 only. It will not work in word online.
