It seems you are missing AccessRights: CreateAccess on ObjectTypeCode: 2 (contact), please check your security role and make sure you have appropriate create permission on contact entity, or you can also share screenshot here for review.
as you are checking your contact privileges check also your opportunity and account privilieges (You should also have create privileges in order to qualify a Lead)
