I have created a new form for Project Service but even though it as activated it never shows in the interface.
I have also tried to Save As from the existing form and that doesn't show up either.
Anyone know what is happening?

please check and make sure, with the App-Designer for Project Service, you've added your new form to the Model-Driven-App for Project Service as well.

In the App Designer the new form is ticked but still doesn't show in the interface.
Does the form has any security role configured?
Did you test it with the System Admin account?
