Can we track who installed or uninstalled an extension on production environment?

One of the extensions from production env was uninstalled, I have check Change Log Entries and it doesn't keep a log of such events. How can one, find out who installed or uninstalled an extension?

Hello,

That is good questions. Change Log would be my first answer, but that is for next time. You can maybe see on the development machine who has been logged on to the server.

Maybe there are third party extensions that can be used for tracking (also for next time which does not help right now.
