We are currently using Dynamics 365 on premise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook. I've been having issues with Dynamics 365 for Outlook. This is happening in multiple environments so far. When trying to Resolve a case, if the Resolve window stays open for a couple of minutes, when trying to click on the Resolve button, nothing happens. (no errors, no warning) You have to copy paste the information in the window, close it and click the Resolve button again on the case. I have remove all customization on the form, but it does not solve the problem. I've also tested this on another environment, I get the same result. Has anyone seen this problem before?
