Hello,

I have CRM online with Data Export Service. When I do sql queries I see that the hours are not correct, how can I format the hours to their correct time zone in SQLServer? Some dates have one hour less and another two hours less.

Thank you,

Best regards,

I believe you need to pull the UTC times from the CRM databases (Entity). CRM stores these in UTC format in database and then user pulls records, CRM business layer takes care of the conversion as per the selected timezone. Since you dont have CRM business layer in between now... you may have to do the conversion yourself.

    Some more details here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../behavior-format-date-time-field

    Hope this helps,
