Error Message - Released quantity cannot be negative

Hello,
 
I'm trying to delete a load related to a transfer order.  The transfer order is completed but there is an outstanding load line.  I get this error message when I'm trying to delete the load.  I have checked the unit conversion and there has been no change to the conversion rate.  Is there another area I can go to fix this error and delete the load?

    This should not happen, and I don't remember it being solvable from the user interface.
    If it's completed then you need to have a developer investigate this. Last time I looked into this I had to force a deletion.

    Hi,

    This usually happens when there's a mismatch between the load line quantity and the transfer order shipment details, even if the order is completed.

    Try the following:

    Go to Load details > Load lines and check if any quantity is still marked or open

    Make sure all work and shipments tied to the load are closed or canceled

    Try using the "Update shipment status" or "Cancel shipment" options if available before deleting

    If it still doesn't work, I agree with Jonas you may need a small cleanup via X++ job if no active transactions exist.

    Thank you all - I tried the clean up options but these did not work.  I've contacted our developer to run a clean up job.
